Peanut Butter Oreo Icebox Cake




16 oz Cool Whip

1 c Peanut Butter

16-20 Double Stuff Oreo Cookies

Line a standard loaf pan with foil. Line bottom of pan with 8 Oreos, pre-dunked in milk. Whisk together peanut butter and cool whip in large bowl. Pour half mix over Oreos. Line another layer of 8 Oreos over Cool Whip layer. Pour remaining Cool Whip mix over top. Optional: crumble Oreos over top, drizzle with melted peanut butter or hot fudge. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. If you wish to freeze it, leave in fridge 2 hours before doing so.
