Lemon Icebox Pie




1 (9 in) Prepared Graham Cracker Pie Crust

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth. Pour mix into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves if desired.

Serve with Cool Whip.

2 (8 oz) packages Cream Cheese, softened

1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 Lemons, juiced

1 tsp Lemon Zest
