Jellied Melon Salad




2 tbsp. Knox Gelatin, unflavored

Soften gelatin in cold water. Stir over hot water, double boiler, until thoroughly dissolved. Add lemon juice and ginger ale, stir. Combine fruits and arrange them in 2 quart salad mold. Pour gelatin mix over melon cubes. Chill until firm. Unmold.

Serve with Cool Whip.

1/2 cup Cold Water

3 tbsp. Lemon Juice

1-1/4 cup Ginger Ale

2 cups Watermelon, Cantaloupe, and Honeydew, cubed
