Ham & Potato Casserole




1 (26 oz.) pkg. Frozen Shredded Potatoes

1 Lb. sliced Ham, diced

1 (10 oz.) can Cream of Potato Soup

1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Paprika for garnish

Combine potatoes, ham, soup and pepper. Spoon the mixture into lightly greased 9x13" pan. Bake uncovered 25 mins. at 400 degrees. Open the oven door and sprinkle cheddar cheese and paprika on top and bake 5 more mins.
