Light Pepper-Nut Sandwiches

 

Ingredients

Instructions

16 oz. Cream Cheese softened (Low fat or Fat free)

1/4 Cup Lite Mayo

1/4 Cup diced Onion

4 oz. Lite Sour Cream

1 medium Bell Pepper (diced)

1/2 Cup Pecans or Walnuts (chopped)

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread on whole wheat sandwich bread.
