Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole




1 lb Hot Pork Sausage

15 oz package Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes, thawed

1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-1/2 tsp Salt, divided
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 c Milk
3 Eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a half-casserole baking dish or deep-dish pie plate. Heat a large skilled over med-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in skillet until browned and crumbly, 5-7 min. Drain and discard grease. Stir hash browns, cooked sausage, cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper together in large bowl. Whisk milk, eggs, and remaining salt together in another bowl. Pour hashbrown mix into prepared baking dish. Pour egg mix evenly over hashbrown mix. Bake until golden and bubbly, about 45 min.
