Bake pie crust at 350 degrees for 5 min. Combine crushed pineapple with lemon pudding mix by beating by hand until well mixed. Gently stir in cool whip and drained oranges. Pour mix into prepared pie crust. Arrange 3 orange slices on top as a garnish. Chill 8 hours. |
