Hawaiian Slaw




4 cups Cabbage, shredded

1 (8 oz) can Pineapple, drained and crushed

1/4 cup Raisins (optional)

1/4 cup Nuts, chopped (Pecans)

1/4 cup Coconut, flaked

3/4 cup Slaw Dressing

In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Chill until ready to serve.

Can use pre-packaged slaw dressing mix that included green and red cabbage and julienned carrots. Can add sliced green onions, mandarin oranges, thinly sliced pineapple, cranraisins, golden raisins, or sunflower seeds. Can also use "Marie's" creamy cole slaw dressing, found in any grocery store. Note: do not overadd the dressing or it will lose it's crunch.
