Brown Sugar Candied Rainbow Trout

1 large can Sliced Peaches in syrup

1 c Self-Rising Flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Milk
2 to 2-1/2 tbsp Butter

 Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees depending on oven. Whisk flour, sugar, and milk until blended and runny. Melt butter in 8x8x2 pan or spray with non-stick spray. Pour peaches and syrup in pan, pour topping mix over peaches and juice in a zig-zag pattern. Bake 35-45 min. Sprinkle with pinches of sugar when you remove from oven.
