Marvelous Mini Meat Loaves




1 pound extra lean ground beef

1 (6 oz) Stove Top Stuffing Mix

1 Cup water

1 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 cup Bull's-Eye Barbecue Sauce

3/4 cup cheddar cheese (grated)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 cup water and garlic powder until well blended. Press into 12 Muffin cups sprayed with non-stick spray. Make an indentation in the center of each with a spoon. Spoon sauce into center of each meat loaf. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Top with cheese baking 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
