In a bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapenos, and cheddar cheese. Arrange wontons in a single layer on baking sheet. Add 1 tsp of filling to center of each wonton. Dip your fingers in a bowl of water and run wet fingers around all edges of wontons. Fold wontons over the filling, pinching edges to seal and make a triangle, removing air bubbles. Fry wontons in batches in hot oil until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm. |
