Easy Jalapeno Corn Bread




1-1/2 Cup Corn Bread Mix

1 1/4 Cups Milk

1 Tsp. Sugar

1 Cup whole kernel Corn (drained)

1/4 Cup pickled Jalapenos (finely chopped)

3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

2 Eggs (beaten)
1 Large Onion (chopped)

1/3 Cup Oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan. Combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into baking pan and bake 30 minutes. Or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 8-10 servings.
