In a bowl, combine avocado, tomatoe, onion, jalapeno, and lime juice. Let stand 5 mins. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup juice. Stir Splenda into reserved juice. Add avocado mixture. Place greens in salad bowl and add avocado mix and toss to coat. Yields 10 servings. One serving=3/4 cup=93 calories. |
