Crockpot Enchaladas




2 lb. Ground meat (browned and drained)  
1/2 Onion or to taste, Chopped

Mix together and cook in crockpot for approximately 4 hours  on medium-low.

Small can chopped green chilis
Small can evaporated milk
Enchalada sauce (mild or hot)
1 lb. cubed Velveeta Cheese
12 corn tortillas, cut in quarters.
