Monterey Jack Turkey Burgers




3/4 lb. Ground Turkey Breast

2 Green Onions, thinly diced

1 Tbs. Soy Sauce

1 Tbs. Ketchup

1/4 Tsp. each of Black Pepper and Garlic Powder

1/3 Cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Divide mixture evenly into four portions and form into patties. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
