Crazy Cracked Potato Casserole




1 (16 oz) container Sour Cream

1-1/2 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 (3 oz) bag Real Bacon Bits, or 6 pcs bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 (1 oz) pkgs. Ranch Dip Mix

Large (28-30 oz) bag Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, shredded

1/2 c Onion, chopped
pinch Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Pepper
Dried Dill, to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, ranch dip mix, and seasoning in a large bowl. Add hash browns to bowl and mix well. Spread into 9x13 pan and sprinkle with cheese and dill. Bake at 400 for 45-60 min, or until top is crispy and lightly browned.

Yields 6 servings.
