Teriyaki Hamburgers




1 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
1/4 Cut Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
6 Green Onions (chopped)
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Splenda)
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Shape into four or six patties.  Remove rack from grill and coat with non-stick cooking spray.  Place rack over medium-hot coals.  Place patties on rack and cook without grill lid for at least 5 minutes on each side or until done.
