| 1 Cup Flour w/ 1/2 Tsp. Bakin Soda |
| 1-1/4 Cups Oatmeal |
| 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar |
| 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar |
| 1 Cup Chocolate Chips |
Place each ingredient in order in the bottom of a quart jar. Flour on bottom, oatmeal next, and so on.
To prepare: Remove chips from jar, second spoon out sugars and cream together with 1/2 Cup Butter. Add 1 Egg, 1-1/2 Tsp. Vanilla, and 1/2 Tsp. Almond Extract. Add all other dry ingredients and chips. Drop cookies on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
