Westphalia Noodles




1- 8oz Package of any brand egg noodles
1-1/4 Tablespoon Salt

Cook noodles according to package direction using chicken broth in place of water. After noodles have cooked drain but not too dry. Put noodles into a larger pan and add 1/4 stick of butter

Make a Brown Cracker Crumb mixture using 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of fine cracker crumbs. Fry the crumbs in the butter until they are brown and then cover the noodles with the browned cracker crumbs.

Serves 6-8 people.
