PATCHY ICE IS LIKELY TO FORM DURING THE OVERNIGHT AND EARLY MORNING HOURS...MAKING ROADS SLICK. WIND CHILLS WILL BE IN THE LOW TEENS EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.
