Under the direction of Brian Price, the Milam County District Attorney, the following felony cases were recently resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court:

MICHAEL LEE MARTIN, 49, of Bastrop, was sentenced to nineteen (19) years confinement in TDCJ by Judge John W. Youngblood, at the conclusion of a sentencing hearing after Martin previously pleaded guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Indecency with Child by Contact

NICO XAVIER RAY VARGAS-LOPEZ, 24, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation

DEMARCUS KEITH TINDLE, 37, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence, with Previous Convictions

APRIL SUZANNE BLAKELY, 50, of Rockdale, was sentenced to three (3) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree, Tampering with Evidence

ANGEL RAMON RIOS, 32, of Cameron, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Child Pornography

ROBERT WILLIAM PHILLIPS, JR., 32, of Milano, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Sexual Assault

HENRY SAMS, 68, of Rockdale, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More

NICHOLAS LEE HOLCOMB, 20, of Cameron, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ and was ordered to pay $3000 restitution after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Impede Breathing/Circulation

HARVEY LEWIS LOCKLIN, 58, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

BRENDAN JUSTIN NUNN, 36, of Killeen, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest with Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Assault on a Peace Officer

REGINALD TERRANCE ENGLAND, 27, of Cameron, was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 1st Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault Family Member with Deadly Weapon

TRISTAN LEE CEHAND, 27, of Cameron, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram – Drug Free Zone

TONI CHRISTIANN BRYAN, 41, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation including a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams

DAVID RAMSES FLORES-VENCES, 32, of Elgin, was sentenced to one hundred eighty (180) days confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

DANIELLE VALDEZ, 44, of Rockdale, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation including $6,000 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft $2,500 – $30,000

TREVON DEFORIOUS HOLT, 35, of Cameron, was sentenced to twenty-four (24) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for four (4) years with standard conditions of probation and $6,000 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle

KORY LYNN SHELANDER, 38, of Rockdale, was sentenced to one hundred fifteen (115) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

JAMISON MAURICE BAINES, 38, of Manor, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for ten (10) years with standard conditions of probation, including the successful completion of Advance Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $3.000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction

CHRISSY LYNN DAVIS, 38, of Rockdale, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation, including in-patient drug treatment and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

TRENT DONELL MITCHELL, 36, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence – Pregnant Person

TIMOTHY DAVID MOTT, 43, of Cedar Park, was sentenced to two (2) years confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation including a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

GILBERT FRANCISCO ESCARENO, 39, of Dallas, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for four (4) years with standard conditions of probation including a $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

FERNANDO JOSE DELAROSA, 43, of Buckholts, was sentenced to three hundred sixty-five (365) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

CHRISTINE ANN RATHBONE, 36, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for ten (10) years with standard conditions of probation, including $18.830 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Theft $2,500 – $30k – Elderly and was also sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for ten (10) years with standard conditions of probation after pleasing guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 4-200 Grams

GABRIEL MARQUES ROSS, 21, of Rockdale, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Evading Arrest or Detention with Vehicle

HUNTER WADE PHILLIPS, 47, of Somerville, was sentenced to twenty-four (24) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation, including a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

AMANDA MICHELLE MILLER, 41, of Temple, was sentenced to six (6) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ after pleading “True” to a Motion to Revoke Probation for an original State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

GARY VALTON KELLEY, 64, of Ada, Oklahoma, was sentenced to two (2) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member

ALESHA GAIL HOSKINS, 34, of Rockdale, was sentenced to four (4) days in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A, Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member

BRIAN ANDREW VILLANUEVA, 47, of Brenham, was placed on four (4) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,000 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

ANGELICA ALVAREZ, 42, of Rockdale, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleasing guilty to a State Jail Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

KADEEM ANTONIO MULLINGS, 27, of Copperas Cove, was placed on three (3) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Fraud Use/Possession of Identifying Information <5 – Elderly

JENNIFER RENEE GUILLEN, 23, of Cameron, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and no contact with victims and was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

LEAH SAKEWITZ STEWART, 46, of Rockdale, was sentenced to twenty-four (24) months confinement in the State Jail Division of TDCJ, probated for three (3) years with standard conditions of probation including a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, Theft Less than $2,500 with Priors

ERIC MAURICIO OROZCO-VARGAS, 28, of Odessa, was sentenced to thirty-two (32) days confinement in the Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to a Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram

KRISTIE BENOIT, 38, of Round Rock, was placed on five (5) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Bail Jumping – Fail to Appear

ALCIA ARLENE KRENEK, 45, of Cameron, was placed on two (2) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance 1-4 Grams

BILAL ABDUL-SHAKUR AKA JEFERY BARNES, 53, of Cameron, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for eight (8) years with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of Advanced Anger Management and no contact with victims after pleading guilty to a 2nd Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury

THOMAS PAUL MCBEE, 49, of Rosebud, was sentenced to five (5) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for two (2) years with standard conditions of probation including a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

SAMYR ASHTON MARADIAGA, 37, of Lexington, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for ten (10) years with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Assault Family Violence-Impede Breathing/Circulation

QUINCY ROY ARNETT, 44, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, was placed on ten (10) years Deferred Adjudication with standard conditions of probation and was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Deadly Conduct – Firearm

CHRISTOPHER MICHEAL GARCIA, 47, of Rockdale, was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five (5) years with standard conditions of probation including in-patient treatment and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a 3rd Degree Felony, Possession of Controlled Substance Less than One Gram – Drug Free Zone
